Darren Roy

Chief Financial Officer

Before joining Vicar’s Landing Senior Services as chief financial officer in August 2020, Darren was the chief financial officer at North Hill Communities, Inc., a Life Plan Community in Needham, Massachusetts. While at North Hill, Darren was part of an executive management team that oversaw the completion of a $170 million expansion plan. 

Before joining North Hill, he served as chief financial officer at Dedham Country and Polo Club in Dedham, Massachusetts, and as director of finance at Children’s Hospital. Darren holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and received his CPA certification in 1990. 

Darren has been married to his wife, Paula, for more than 30 years, and they have two children.
