Payel Patel

Chief Human Resources Officer

Payal Patel is the chief human resources officer for Vicar’s Landing Senior Services, bringing more than 20 years of business and human resources experience from a variety of industries, including nonprofit organizations. 

Payal is a champion of change management and strategic human resources initiatives. She serves on the Society of Human Resources Jacksonville Chapter board of directors. She has been an active member of both the SHRM board and the SHRM advisory board since moving to the U.S. from London, England, where she was born and raised. Payal is also a member of the Youth Crisis Center board of directors. She received her bachelor’s (honors) degree in human resources management with marketing from Middlesex University and later completed her master’s degree in human resources management. She also earned her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development certification and Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional certification. 

Payal is married to Kintesh and has two children.
