Stephanie Monroe serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of LCPS Management. In this role, she leads the organization’s human resources strategy, talent management, employee relations, leadership development, and workforce planning initiatives. Ms. Monroe brings more than 26 years of leadership experience, including 15 years leading business operations and 11 years in senior human resources leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has partnered with executive leadership teams to align people, culture, and operational objectives in support of growth, performance, and long-term organizational success.

Her professional experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, nonprofit organizations, construction, and other service-oriented businesses. She has extensive expertise in building high-performing teams, leading organizational change, and developing workforce strategies that support business objectives.

Ms. Monroe is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Women4Women Networking. She also contributes to professional development initiatives through speaking engagements and leadership events throughout the Jacksonville community.
